Carbon Footprint Assessment (CFA)
Working with our corporate clients, Neutral Services has developed a unique Carbon Footprint Assessment software tool to establish a carbon footprint baseline. Unlike other assessment reports, the Carbon Footprint Assessment is designed to be repeated on a regular basis to allow for progress reporting, by utilising robust web based technology. The Carbon Footprint Assessment includes carbon impact calculations which are based on validated data and formulae, and it may be used by our consultants or by our clients directly. When requested, Neutral Services produces automated frequent reports based upon the collected data, and these are provided to our clients as the foundation for their own Carbon Action Plans.
What is the CFA?
The Carbon Footprint Assessment is a user-friendly web based questionnaire. It is designed to be completed on a periodic basis to enable progress reporting. The data you enter will calculate your footprint behind the scenes, based on validated formulae.
What is it for?
It will tell you and your customers the carbon impact of an operation.
How does it work?
The report will calculate the carbon emissions based on the answers to questions in the following three areas:
Property (e.g. electricity, gas consumption)
Transport (e.g. diesel for road transport)
Operations (e.g. Waste, Paper and Packaging use).

How will the CFA be conducted?
We provides a website link and password details to gain access to the CFA tool. The tool is a straightforward question and answer format and should take no longer than one hour to complete, provided all the information required is at hand.
